ベンツがハイブリッド車発売＝輸入車で初、1405万円

メルセデス・ベンツ日本（東京）は3日、最上級車種のSクラスにハイブリッド車（HV）「ハイブリッドロング」（排気量3500cc）を追加し、発売した。輸入車では初のHV。価格は1405万円で、トヨタ自動車の高級車ブランド「レクサス」の最上級HV（5000cc、1510万円）と同程度。 高級車市場でもHVの販売競争が激化しそうだ。ガソリン1リットル当たりの走行距離は11．2キロ。エコカー減税の対象となり、自動車取得税と重量税が100％免除される。左ハンドルのみで、欧州には6月に投入された。
